Crystal Clear Debt Support is not a debt advice provider. We are a lead generation company. We collect enquiries from people who may need help with debt and, with your consent, pass your details to our partner The Debt Advice Service (TDAS), operated by Pacific Financial Solutions Ltd, and/or panel lawyers who may contact you about debt solutions.

What We Do

  • Provide information about debt solutions including IVAs, DMPs, DROs, and bankruptcy
  • Collect your enquiry details via our online form
  • Pass your details to TDAS and/or panel lawyers (with your consent) who may contact you
  • Provide educational content about debt management

What We Do Not Do

  • Provide regulated financial advice or debt counselling
  • Act as your legal representative
  • Guarantee any particular outcome or debt write-off amount
  • Process payments or handle money on your behalf
  • Provide services to anyone under 18 years old

3. Important Information About Debt Solutions

Debt solutions such as Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) and Debt Management Plans (DMPs):

  • May not be suitable in all circumstances
  • Fees apply — if you proceed with an IVA or DMP, fees will be payable to the provider (not to us)
  • Your credit rating will be affected — typically for 6 years
  • Are not the only options available — you should consider all alternatives

4. How We Share Your Information

Debt Advice Partner

If you consent via our enquiry form, we share your details with Pacific Financial Solutions Ltd, trading as The Debt Advice Service (TDAS), a debt counselling firm, who may contact you about debt solutions.

Panel Lawyers

If you consent, we may also refer your enquiry to lawyers on our panel who are independent businesses and may contact you about debt solutions they can provide.

Referral Fees

We may receive a referral fee or commission if you proceed with a partner's services. This arrangement:

  • Does not affect the price you pay
  • Does not affect the advice you receive
  • Does not create an obligation for you to proceed

Your Choice: You control whether we share your information by ticking or not ticking the consent checkbox. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing admin@crystalcleardebtsupport.com.

5. Your Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information in all forms
  • Keep your contact information up to date
  • Use the website only for lawful purposes
  • Not provide false or fraudulent information

If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

9. Complaints

If you wish to make a complaint about our service, please contact us at admin@crystalcleardebtsupport.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 working days and aim to provide a full response within 10 working days. If you remain dissatisfied after our response, you may refer your complaint to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) for data-related concerns or the Advertising Standards Authority (asa.org.uk) for marketing-related concerns.
