Crystal Clear Debt Support is not a debt advice provider. We are a lead generation company. We collect enquiries from people who may need help with debt and, with your consent, pass your details to our partner The Debt Advice Service (TDAS), operated by Pacific Financial Solutions Ltd, and/or panel lawyers who may contact you about debt solutions.
Debt solutions such as Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs) and Debt Management Plans (DMPs):
If you consent via our enquiry form, we share your details with Pacific Financial Solutions Ltd, trading as The Debt Advice Service (TDAS), a debt counselling firm, who may contact you about debt solutions.
If you consent, we may also refer your enquiry to lawyers on our panel who are independent businesses and may contact you about debt solutions they can provide.
We may receive a referral fee or commission if you proceed with a partner's services. This arrangement:
